Shipping and Handling All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours, and custom orders are shipped within 24 hours of their completion via UPS or USPS. Standard delivery to your door is from 3 - 7 business days. Add the following Standard delivery charge to your subtotal:

$25.01 to $50 - $6.95
$50.01 to $75 - $8.95
$75.01 to $100 - $10.95
$100.01 to $125 - $12.95
$125.01 to $150 - $16.95
$150.01 to $200 - $18.95

- Add $3.00 to the listed shipping charges for orders to Canada or US Territories.
- For all orders which are picked up, add a minimum $5.00 handling fee.

Returns and Exchange:

If you wish to return your online purchase, please return it to the address below. Once we receive your package in its original packaging and condition, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price of the item. All claims of shortage, damage, etc. mush be made within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise. All sales on custom decorated orders, washed goods, or items sold at Cod Crew events are not returnable. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
